Bids

The Lottery procures goods and services under the direction of its own rules and standards. Those standards comply with federal and state laws and are generally equivalent to the procurement policies employed by state agencies. The procurement methods used are Request for Quote, Invitation to Bid, and Request for Proposal. Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposals are publically advertised. Listings of current solicitations can be found on our web page. Copies of current solicitations can be picked up at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters, 1302 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN, 46202 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Electronic copies can be obtained by contacting Jayne Stone at jstone@hoosierlottery.com.
