Susan Golightly

Director of Marketing

Susan Golightly has been with the Hoosier Lottery as Director of Marketing since January 2007. As the Director of Marketing, Susan’s responsibilities include market research and analysis product development, marketing communications, events, sponsorships, and shopper marketing. She brings with her more than 20 years of marketing experience in the retail, packaged goods and business-to-business industries. Throughout much of her career, she has worked for clients such as: P&G, Pepsi, General Electric, Mead and Quaker on local, regional and national integrated marketing, product launch, and loyalty initiatives. She also has significant retail channel experience, working directly with companies such as: True Value, Rite Aid and Simon Property Group, as well as working indirectly with retailers such as: Target, Kroger, Lowe's, and Wal-Mart via account-specific initiatives on behalf of her packaged-goods clients.

Jeff Goltz

Director of Information Technology

Jeff Goltz has been with the Hoosier Lottery since May 2006. As Director of Information Technology, he is responsible for overseeing all systems development, technical services, and system operations. Prior to joining the Lottery, he worked in the fulfillment automation and credit card processing industries. Jeff is an IBM Certified Specialist. He earned bachelor degrees in Corporate Finance and History from Ball State University. Jeff also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialty in Information Systems Management from Ball State University.

Andrew J. Klinger

General Counsel

Andrew Klinger joined the Hoosier Lottery as its General Counsel in March 2008. He manages the Lottery's legal affairs including litigation, contracts, licensing, and administrative proceedings. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University in 1993 and subsequently earned a Master of Public Affairs degree in 1998.  Andrew spent eight years in the field of economic development where he conducted economic policy research, marketed communities, managed infrastructure financing and construction, and performed strategic planning for communities around Indiana. Andrew attended law school and graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2004.  He started his legal career in the legal division of the Indiana Gaming Commission where he spent three years building his knowledge of the gaming industry prior to joining the Hoosier Lottery. Andrew takes pride in working on home improvement projects and landscaping in his down time.  He and his wife, Mandi, also enjoy spending time with their children, Collin and Makenna.

Tim Kuehr

Controller

Tim Kuehr has been with the Hoosier Lottery since July 1994. As Controller, he is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, general ledger, annual budgeting, tax compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, prize payment and cash management. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). He earned bachelor degrees in Accounting and Management from Marian University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1998 from Butler University.

Irene Lange

Director of Sales

Irene Lange has been with the Hoosier Lottery since January 2007. She progressively served as Retail Marketing Manager, Director of Administration and, currently, as Director of Sales. As Director of Sales, she is responsible for the implementation of sales plans and initiatives. Irene has more than 30 years of retail/operations experience, including serving as Assistant Commissioner at the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and as Vice President of Product and Presentation for Galyan's Trading Company. Irene earned her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. John's University. She is also a Certified Human Resource Specialist (CHRS).

Tracy McNutt

Director of Administration

Tracy McNutt joined the Hoosier Lottery team in July 2010.  As Director of Administration, Tracy is responsible for managing the organizational areas of human resources, training, procurement, fleet management, mail room operations, record retention, retailer licensing, customer service and lottery administered retail operations.  Tracy brings almost 20 years of retail, customer service and operations expertise to the Hoosier Lottery from previous leadership positions at Galyan’s Trading Company, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macy’s Department Stores and the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles where she served as a Director of Branch Operations and contributed greatly to streamlining customer-facing operations.

Jim Nash

Director of Security

James (Jim) Nash joined the Lottery in August 2005 and has served as the Lottery's Security Director since June 2009. He is a 28-year veteran of the Marion County Sheriff Department (MCSD). He spent over 20 years in the Investigation Division at MCSD and headed the establishment of the Sexual and Physical Assault Unit. In addition, Jim served as the president of the Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police for four years. He retired from MCSD in January 2003 as a lieutenant. As Security Director for the Hoosier Lottery, Jim’s duties include protecting the employees and assets of the Hoosier Lottery and enforcing state laws pertaining to the Lottery. Jim earned both an Associates of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University. An interesting fact about Jim Nash is that he once served former First Lady Mamie Doud Eisenhower breakfast in bed.

Carrie Stroud

Director of Internal Controls

Carrie Stroud has been with the Hoosier Lottery since October 2006. As Director of Internal Controls, Carrie is responsible for developing a yearly master audit plan and a system of internal audits for the Lottery, including examination of internal controls and compliance determination, as well as documenting and monitoring fraud risk assessment. Carrie also serves as the Lottery’s Ethics Officer, ensuring the Lottery’s agreement with related statutes and the appropriate ethics training of all associates.  Before joining the Lottery, Carrie worked in various auditing capacities for Somerset CPAs, Crowe Chizek and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Stroud is also a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
