Jerry Jones of Muncie claims $9 Million Hoosier Lotto Jackpot
After playing the same numbers for 20 years, a Muncie resident hit the big jackpot. Jerry Jones won $9 million on a Hoosier Lotto ticket purchased at Village Pantry in Muncie.
