Hoosiers Have 21 Million Reasons to Play Hoosier Lotto

INDIANAPOLIS –  Wednesday’s estimated Hoosier Lotto jackpot is $21 million.  No player matched all   six numbers from the Saturday, July 24 drawing.  The winning numbers were: 11-13-16-28-32-47. 

 Players haven't had a shot at a Hoosier Lotto jackpot of this size in more than two years.  Wednesday's $21 million Hoosier Lotto jackpot ranks as the eighth biggest since the game started in 1994. It was last hit on March 3, 2010 by Jerry Jones of Muncie who won $9 million on a ticket purchased at Village Pantry at 4900 East Jackson St. in Muncie.

 The winner of the current Hoosier Lotto jackpot will be the second jackpot winner of 2010 and the 11th jackpot winner since Jan. 2009. The last 10 Hoosier Lotto jackpots were hit in Kokomo, Elkhart, Huntingburg, Muncie (twice), Milan, Indianapolis (twice), Connersville and New Albany.   The biggest Hoosier Lotto jackpot on record was won by Peter Gilbert of East Chicago.  He beat the game's odds of 1:12,271,512 to win $54.5 million in November 2007.   Hoosier Lotto tickets cost just $1 and may be purchased at more than 4,000 retailers statewide. Players have until 10:40 p.m. EDT Wednesday night to purchase tickets for Wednesday's drawing.

Powerball® with PowerPlay® 

The winning numbers from Saturday, July 24 were: 20-30-38-46-59 PB:27.  The Power Play multiplier number was 2.  No player matched all six numbers to win the jackpot so the jackpot rolled to $67 million for Wednesday’s drawing. 

Mega Millions® with Megaplier® 

The Mega Millions jackpot is $24 million for Tuesday's drawing.  Winning numbers from the Friday, July 23 drawing were: 16-19-39-44-49 MB:26.  The Megaplier number was: 2.
