Valparaiso Woman's Dream Comes True
INDIANAPOLIS – A Valparaiso woman's dream of winning the Lottery came true Thursday - literally. Two months ago Tiffany Tabisz had a dream that she won big money from the Hoosier Lottery. Yesterday, she claimed a $100,000 scratch-off prize at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters.
"I just dreamt I won $200,000. I can't believe it! I'm so excited! A couple weeks ago I won $500 and I was really excited about that," said Tabisz. "I can't believe this!"
Tabisz is a big fan of Hoosier Lottery scratch-off games. By profession she is a massage therapist. She plans to use her winnings to help out her grandmother and pay off her student loans. She also plans to take a vacation to a location that she says is still to be determined.
The Porter County woman won on the $100 Grand Double Play instant game. She purchased her winning ticket at Family Express #53 at 252 West State Route 130 in Valparaiso. The $100 Grand Double Play instant game features a scratch-off on the front and a pull-tab on the back. Tabisz is the fourth lucky player to claim a $100,000 prize on the game. One top prize of $100,000 is still unclaimed as of this time.
The Hoosier Lottery reminds players to always sign the back of their tickets. The Hoosier Lottery reminds all players to play responsibly.
