Send your nonwinning $20 $2 Million Bonus Spectacular scratch-off tickets by U.S. regular mail. On the back of each ticket, legibly print name, address, phone number and sign your name. One (1) entry of one (1) nonwinning $20 $2 Million Bonus Spectacular scratch-off ticket per envelope; send your nonwinning ticket by U.S. regular mail in an envelope no larger than 9 1/2" x 4 1/2".
