Drawing #2- (enter by 8/20/08 at 12:59 am ET) - CLOSED

One (1) prize of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00)(not an annuity)  All non-winning entries from Drawing #1 and all entries received through the last date for entry (see below) are eligible to be entered in to this drawing. A total of five (5) entries will be drawn by the Hoosier Lottery which will then be mixed with all entries from all participating Lotteries for a chance to win One (1) national prize of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).  The Lottery will withhold, on the winner’s behalf, the applicable 25% federal income withholding taxes and state income withholding taxes of 3.4% on the prize value that exceeds $1,200.00.

Odds: Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received.

Prize Limits:  There is no limit to the number of times you may enter however, you may only win one prize in each drawing.

Drawing:  The drawing will be conducted on or about the dates listed below at a Hoosier Lottery Facility or Scientific Games facility and in accordance with the official rules. Winner need not be present to win.

Winner notification:  The prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or US Mail and/or e-mail.

Drawing #2-  The five (5) finalist entries to be submitted for the national drawing will be notified by telephone and/or US Mail and/or email. If the Hoosier Lottery is unable to contact a finalist by 12:00 noon (ET) on August 28, 2008 (Indianapolis time), or a finalist fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date and time or if a finalist fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her entry in to the national drawing will be forfeited and an alternate finalist shall be selected. If an alternate finalist is selected, the alternate finalist will be entered in to the national drawing if they respond no later than 12:00 noon (ET), September 5, 2008.  In order for the finalist to be eligible to be entered in to the national drawing, the finalist must submit the selected non-winning ticket as proof of eligibility.
Any finalist from this drawing entered in to the national drawing who does not win the national prize of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) will receive a check in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

National Drawing information:  The national drawing for One (1) prize of One Million dollars ($1,000,000) will be conducted on September 17, 2008 from among all entries from all states participating. The state with the winning entrant will be notified the same day and the prize winner will be notified, and required to respond with any additional paperwork, if necessary, to the Hoosier Lottery no later than 12:00 noon (ET) on September 22, 2008.  Should the prize winner fail to comply, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

In order to claim a prize, the winner must submit the non-winning ticket as proof of eligibility to claim a prize.
