Internet Winner Prize Claim Instructions

1. To claim a prize that was won from an entry submitted via the Internet, the winner must produce the actual ticket that made up the winning entry within 30 days following the drawing in which they were selected.

2. Tickets that comprised a winning entry must be mailed in an envelope along with the winner's name and address to:
