The Hoosier Lottery is offering you a chance to win

by entering a second chance drawing.
Each winner shall receive one (1) of 564 World Poker Tour® prize packages containing:
- One (1) quad-folding poker game table top.
- One (1) 500 count KEM World Poker Tour® chip set.
- One (1) World Poker Tour® wrist watch set.
- Four (4) World Poker Tour® tumblers.

No limit on number of entries. Each individual shall be eligible for only one (1) merchandise prize pack per drawing.
Two ways to enter:

Enter by mail: Entry must be one (1) non-winning $5 Hoosier Lottery
"Texas Hold'Em™ Poker/World Poker Tour®" scratch-off ticket. On the back of the ticket, legibly print name, address and telephone number. One (1) entry of one (1) $5 Hoosier Lottery "Texas Hold'Em™ Poker/World Poker Tour®" scratch-off
ticket per envelope; send your non-winning ticket by U.S. regular mail in an envelope no larger than 9 1/2" x 4 1/2".
