Heeding a "lucky feeling," Indianapolis resident Debra Campbell grabbed the $100,000 Payout Scratch-off from Hoosier Lottery December 10, and it paid off big-time! Campbell came to Hoosier Lottery Headquarters December 13 with her husband Joel to claim the top prize of $100,000. She said the excitement she first had after realizing she'd won turned quickly into heated anticipation as she had to endure the weekend before she could claim her check. "We had to wait all weekend!
