When Dennis Noskoskie of Gary walked into Luke’s at 3211 W. 37th Ave. in Hobart recently he had no idea he’d be walking out with a Lottery ticket worth $124,000.  That’s exactly what happened - but Noskoskie didn’t know it until later that night when he sat down at his kitchen table with a glass of milk and some cookies and scratched the Hoosier Lottery ticket he’d purchased earlier. “It’s amazing!” said Noskoskie.  “It always seems like somebody else always wins.
