A Wabash man and his wife can breathe a little easier after winning $100,000 from the Hoosier Lottery.   Howard Goshert Jr. and his wife Lisa claimed a top prize on the $100,000 Payout scratch-off game at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters November 12. The couple also plans to continue saving their change to fund a long-planned vacation to North Carolina next summer.  "We've been saving all our quarters for vacation to North Carolina," said Lisa.  "We'll keep saving, but now we know we'll be able to go!"
