Mooresville man wins $130,000 with unexpected purchase

When Ian Street went into his local Mooresville convenience store, he made a purchase that he normally would not.  While paying for his items he noticed the “new” sign above a Scratch-off ticket in the Hoosier Lottery dispenser.  He liked the look of the ticket and decided to give it a try.
