Dowdy won a $100,000 top prize on the Hoosier Lottery’s Double Platinum Payout Scratch-off.  He claimed his prize at Hoosier Lottery headquarters Monday, January 3 after purchasing the winning ticket on New Year’s Eve. Dowdy purchased his lucky $5 ticket at The Kwik Stop at 1458 East State Road 163 in Clinton.  It’s the very store where Dowdy’s father, also Jerry Dowdy, won $200,000 playing the Hoosier Lottery game Mix & Match in January 2009.
