Kimberly Rockey of Angola plans to treat herself to a new car after winning $50,000 on a Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off this week. “I’m going to get a new car,” said Rockey. “The one I’m driving now is falling apart.” It was a Lucky 7s Bingo ticket that will make Rockey’s new wheels possible.
