Muncie’s Paul Price was lucky, lucky, lucky and lucky! The quadruple-lucky man bought five sets of Quick Draw numbers for Saturday night’s drawing and won prizes with four of them, including a top prize of$300,000. Price won $305,550 on a $5 Quick Draw ticket purchased at Low Bob’s Discount Tobacco at 1716 East Memorial Drive in Muncie. Price’s five plays matched 10 of 20 numbers ($300,000), nine of 20 ($5,000), eight of 20 ($500) and seven of 20 ($50).
