Sometimes not only do you get a second chance in life, but the outcome can occasionally be even better than expected.  For Rosetta Wilson, her entry of a non-winning Muscle Car Money scratch-off ticket into a second chance promotion resulted in a $53,510 prize. She claimed her winnings at Hoosier Lottery headquarters in Indianapolis June 16. “I was just in shock when I received the news,” said Wilson.  “When I called Hoosier Lottery Customer Service to confirm I was shaking so much I couldn’t tell if they said 15 or 50-thousand!”  Read more of Rosetta's story here.
