Willie Bramlett of Indianapolis purchased a Muscle Car Money scratch-off ticket Wednesday morning specifically hoping to win a new car.  After scratching off a $75,000 top prize, he was on his way to the dealership that afternoon.  “It hasn’t sunk in yet,” said Bramlett. “I can’t believe it.  I needed a car.  It just doesn’ t seem real.
