The Hoosier Lottery procures goods and services in a number of different methods.
The Indiana State Lottery Commission procures goods and services under the direction of the Indiana Code, the Indiana Administrative Code, as well as internal policies and procedures. The procurement methods used by the State Lottery Commission include, but are not limited to: Request for Quote, Invitation to Bid, and Request for Proposal. All Invitation to Bid and Request for Proposals put out by the Indiana State Lottery Commission will be posted on the Indiana Department of Administration Website.
GTECH Indiana, LLC will also procure goods and services on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery in accordance with Lottery rules, regulations and the Integrated Services Agreement with the Indiana State Lottery Commission. All Requests for Proposals, Vendor Qualification, and Direct Quotes will be posted below. Talent Agency RFP
April 1, 2014 | This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by GTECH Indiana, LLC Procurement Services department who works on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery. This RFP is the vehicle for prospective talent agencies to submit qualifications to the Hoosier Lottery and request selection as a service provider.The purpose of this RFP is to select vendors that can satisfy the Lottery’s desire to enter into a contractual relationship between the Lottery and talent agencies.
