What is Financial Literacy?

Financial Literacy is the ability to understand how money works in the world, including how to earn it, manage it, invest it and how to also donate money to help others. The Hoosier Lottery and Ivy Tech Community College have partnered to create a free Online Course aimed at providing financial literacy instruction. This course is available to all Hoosiers as a resource to assist with individual finances.

The Finanacial Literacy Courses

Learn how to control your finances before they control you! These free courses cover a variety of topics to help you to make educated financial decisions, including how to read a credit report, making wise investments, planning a budget, tips for buying a car, picking a mortgage, and choosing the right financial institution for yourneeds.
