The Hoosier Lottery is giving away $1 million at Sunday’s Indianapolis Colts game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The drawing will be conducted at halftime on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium. The five finalists in the running each has a one-in-five chance at the $1 million prize. Each finalist has already received $500 and a pair of tickets to Sunday’s Colts game.
