FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 5, 2010  Marion Man Wins $300,000 Quick Draw Prize    INDIANAPOLIS – Charles Owens of Marion is the latest lucky Hoosier to win a $300,000 Quick Draw prize.  Owens matched 10 of 20 numbers in the January 3 drawing. He claimed his winnings at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters today accompanied by his wife, Anita, and daughter-in-law, Brandi Owens.  "It's not a million, but it feels like a million bucks to me!" said Owens who grinned from ear to ear as he claimed his prize. "It feels good." Owens was absolutely over the moon about his big win.  The Grant County man is a longtime Lottery player and a big fan of the Quick Draw game. "I've been playing it since it came out. I thought I'd just try it a few times, but I just kept winning enough to keep playing," said Owens. "I tried for years to get on the Hoosier Millionaire Show and never did," said Owens.
