Mooresville, Bloomington and Bedford residents win once-in-a-lifetime experience
Lucky Hoosier Lottery winners headed to Pro Football Hall of Fame
INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 20, 2014) - Kimberly Hall of Mooresville, Spencer Penrose and William Sare of Bloomington and Donald "Shane" Dorsett of Bedford just won what is sure to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The lucky football fans are about to rub elbows with some of the most iconic names in pro football thanks to the Hoosier Lottery.
Hall, Penrose, Sare and Dorsett will join six other Hoosier Lottery Powerball players and their guests for a five-day, four night trip for four to Cleveland, Ohio where they will attend the Pro Footbal Hall of Fame Tailgate Party where, as VIP guests they will have the chance to meet and mingle with approximately 100 of the greatest football players of all time.
As if that weren't enough, they will each have chance to win up to $1 million.
Hall and her husband are Colts season-ticket holders and huge football fans. The couple is thrilled to be making the trip to Ohio for such a fun and unique opportunity. They are most looking forward to the chance to meet actual Hall of Famers.
Penrose said he was "crazy excited" to win, but wasn't at all surprised that he won. He even went so far as to tell his wife "I'm going to win this!" weeks ago, well before the drawing. He is looking forward to interacting with Hall of Famers and hopes to get to meet Joe Namath and Terry Bradshaw.
A second Bloomington winner, retired builder William Sare, plans to take his son-in-law and grandson with him on the ultimate guys trip.
Bedford man has second chance at a million!
Second chance promotions are nothing new to Dorsett, who was previously one of five finalists in a Hoosier Lottery Lucky Millionaire St. Patrick's Day second-chance drawing last March. Dorsett ultimately didn't win the $1 million, but considers himself extremely lucky to be one of ten winners in the Hall of Fame promotion. He is thrilled to be able to take his family on the trip and to have another shot at a million-dollar prize!
