Players Win $100,000 in Anderson and Marion

Mckay INDIANAPOLIS – Players in Anderson and Marion recently won $100,000 prizes on Hoosier Lottery scratch-off tickets.  Sandra McKay of Anderson claimed her prize at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters June 2.  Janice Willis of Marion claimed her winnings June 4.  Both players won top prizes on the $100,000 Taxes Paid scratch-off ticket. The Hoosier Lottery pays the required federal and state taxes on this game, so both winners actually walked away with $100,000.
McKay says she plans to make some home repairs, including septic repairs and new floor joists with her winnings.
McKay is only an occasional Lottery player. The Madison County woman says she bought the lucky $100,000 Taxes Paid ticket because she was feeling lucky. She purchased her ticket from Lo Bob's 923 W. Cross Street in Anderson.
Willis purchased her ticket at McClure Oil at 2915 S. Adams Street in Marion.
Since 1989, Hoosier Lottery players have won more than $7.7 billion in prizes. The Hoosier Lottery has transferred $3.7 billion to the state for the benefit of the citizens of Indiana.
The Hoosier Lottery reminds all players to please play responsibly.
