The Indiana State Lottery Commission governs the Hoosier Lottery and in 2012, it entered into an agreement with IGT Indiana to provide a variety of services. Together, the State Lottery Commission of Indiana and IGT Indiana bring the Hoosier Lottery to players across the state.
