A 19-year-old IU East student from Connersville plans to put his Hoosier Lottery winnings to good use paying for his college education. Business student Cody Doyle is excited to eventually graduate without debt after winning $150,000 Hoosier Lottery prize. His parents are thrilled as well. According to his mother, Julie Doyle, Cody also plans to “buy his mother a new dishwasher.” Cody won a top prize on the Lucky Loot Scratch-off. Three top prizes remain unclaimed on the game.
