DOUBLE PLATINUM 20X
Kendallville cook claims big cash
Why is Meranda Krontz of Kendallville smiling? Meranda had been actively trying to buy a house for a while when a big down payment fell right into her lap. “I’m still in awe,” said Meranda. “I’m usually not this lucky.” The Noble County woman won $120,000 on a Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off. Meranda works as a cook at the Breakfast House in Kendallville, which is right next door to Joe’s Corner on Main Street, where she purchased her winning ticket Sunday morning. Meranda's ticket to a new house (and a new car!) was a top prize winning Double Platinum 20X Scratch-off. “Thanks, Hoosier Lottery!” said Meranda.
