William Wieringa III of Indianapolis says winning $20,000 from the Hoosier Lottery “feels pretty good.” Weiringa unexpectedly found himself at claiming a prize at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters Monday morning after scratching-off a big winning ticket at a near-downtown gas station just minutes before. The Department of Environmental Management worker purchased his winning $100 Million Cash Extravaganza ticket at Speedway at 401 Kentucky Ave. in Indianapolis. He and his wife plan to put their winnings toward a new home.
